The new Azimut 40S incorporates the very latest in sports boat design. If you fancy a sportscruiser that genuinely gives you something you can't get elsewhere, maybe the 40S is for you.

Azimut have put considerable effort into developing the boat's steering systems, they have linked the engine and thruster controls to a joystick, for low-speed manoeuvring. Their Xenta ‘easy steer' system makes the turns easier and smoothe.

The big difference between the twin-cabin, twin-ensuite heads 40S and almost all other 40ft sportscruisers is its saloon.

The saloon is every bit as smart and plush as its flybridge counterparts, with leather sofas, comfy cushions and carpeted floors. You usually have to stretch to around 60ft or so (about 18m) before you find this approach making an appearance in sportscruisers. Think of the 40S as a luxurious twin-cabin flybridge boat - without a flybridge!

With a top speed of 33 kts and electronic hard top she offers fantastic driving experience. Fitted with a hydraulic bathing platform capable of lifting 240kg, any effort has just been taken out of launched and recovering the tender or a toy.

The 40S offers excellent accommodation with two spacio us cabins, the master forward with en-suite and a large twin cabin to starboard with large water line windows, allowing maximum light into the cabin and also the en-suite.

If you are looking for a sports boat in the 40ft category, then the 40S needs to been seen. .
